الملخص EN

This research aims to emphasize the need to continue to think about regional economic integration among developing countries and explore its explanations of what can maximize its capabilities and overcome its obstacles.

After focusing on explaining the reasons and results of the establishment of integration arrangements, this proposal included the idea of selectivity.

The study concluded that the selectivity in the approach to integration for the developing countries among themselves, will have an opportunity to achieve the desired of regional economic integration at the trade and development level and be eligible to benefit from the complementary arrangements that bring them together with the developed countries.
