الملخص الإنجليزي

The study aimed to identify the legitimate supporters to empower people with special needs, including the measures that have been initiated not to regulate the relations of people, but to get people to obey the provisions of the original Shariah, as it is the goal of legislation to establish a strong moral solidarity society, ensures respect for those original provisions that initiated the supporters The study came in three chapters ; the first chapter dealt with the literature of the study, and the second chapter dealt with the definition of the concepts of the study and the related terms and the importance of the rights of people with special needs.

One of the most important findings of the study is the extent of the attention of Islam in the light of the legitimate supporters, which emerged through the Quranic texts, and the hadith of the Prophet, in its emphasis on the total rights due to people with special needs, so as to ensure care and decent living by preserving their rights just like the healthy.

There is no difference between them so as to ensure them all ways to maintain them within the framework of Islamic society.
