The attempt to know the relationship between the nature of the institution and its impact in promoting the culture of technological innovation led us to the need to conduct a field study on a group of small and medium enterprises in the province of Blida, in order to know whether the size of the institution has an impact on the practice of technological innovation or not.

this led us to reach that it does not there is no relationship between the size of the institution and its creative culture, but rather due to factors and reasons beyond our studies.
