نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التكاليف المعيارية في الرقابة على عناصر التكاليف لكونها أسلوب من بين الأساليب التي لا يمكن للمؤسسة الاستغناء عنها في الرقابة و تحديد الانحرافات و تحليلها.
و لهذا قمنا بتحديد عدة جوانب يمكن من خلالها استخدام التكاليف المعيارية في المؤسسة بكونها أداة من أدوات التخطيط الجيد مسبقا من خلال التنبؤ و التقدير المستقبلي.
و انطلاقا من الدراسة التطبيقية لهذا الموضوع يمكن القول بان المؤسسة الوطنية للسباكة بولاية تيارت تواجه مشكلة تحديد التكاليف بسبب ارتفاع الأسعار و صعوبة التواصل بسبب فيروس كورونا.
الملخص EN
We aim through this study to know the role of standard costs in controlling the elements of costs, as they are among the methods that the institution cannot dispense with in controlling, identifying and analyzing deviations, good in advance through forecasting and future estimation.
Based on the applied study of this topic, it can be said that the National Plumbing Corporation in Tiaret is facing the problem of determining costs due to high prices and the difficulty of communication due to the Corona virus
