For secondary education teachers within the framework of the new strategy adopted by the ministry of national education in the formation of successful teachers in the employment competition and to qualify them to perform the teaching profession and improve the educational learning process.

the descriptive and analytical approach was used.

it consists of (40) paragraphs distributed on six axes, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS version 25 program, and the study reached a series of results, including : in order for the educational preparatory training to achieve its planned goals on the ground, the professor must participate in identifying their training needs as the target from the formative process.

among the recommendations of the study : that the formative process is not only subject to an institutional perception, but rather its industry starts with the teacher in his capacity as the first person responsible for the implementation of the educational learning process while he is aware of its problems.

الملخص FRE

L’étude visait à identifier la réalité de la formation pédagogique préparatoire des enseignants du secondaire dans le cadre de la nouvelle stratégie adoptée par le ministère de l’éducation nationale pour la formation d’enseignants performants au concours de recrutement et à les qualifier pour exercer la profession d’enseignant et améliorer le processus d’apprentissage pédagogique.

l’approche descriptive et analytique a été utilisée, et l’outil d’étude consistait en un questionnaire composé de (40) items répartis sur six axes, et les données ont été analysées à l’aide du programme SPSS version 25, et l’étude a atteint un ensemble de résultats, notamment : pour que la formation préparatoire pédagogique atteigne ses objectifs prévus sur le terrain, le professeur doit participer à l’identification de ses besoins formatifs comme cible du processus formatif.
