This study aimed at investigating the effect of leadership in crisis management in developing of organizations what ever its kind, with technological development and competitive advantage between societies, we must at leader to know how manage the crisis because this concept is very important, Then, the influence of using the communication as a mechanism of discussing, dialogue, give together opinions to arrived the best solution and fight the collapse of societies.
