The health crisis that Algeria is currently experiencing with the spread of COVID-19 and its consequences and like countries whose incomes are totally dependent on the oil rent, also, the rapid fall in prices on the international oil market, came to reveal; once again ; the extremely fragile nature of our economic system.
The gravity of the imbalances which affect the state budget has just taken on a worrying dimension likely to negatively and seriously affect the growth prospects of the entire Algerian economy in the coming years.
Algeria should undertake accordingly: a series of structural reforms.
Two essential objectives characterize our paper: Highlight efficient economic policies, promote and establish adequate financing for the Algerian economy.
The main results of our article highlight the need to implement structural reforms in Algeria for a change in the economic paradigm.
الملخص FRE
La crise sanitaire que connait l'Algérie actuellement avec la propagation du COVID-19 et ses conséquences et à l'instar des pays dont les revenus sont totalement dépendants de la rente pétrolière, aussi, la chute rapide des cours sur le marche pétrolier international, est venue révéler; encore une fois; l'extrême fragilité de notre système économique.
La gravité des déséquilibres qui affectent le budget de l'Etat vient de prendre une dimension inquiétante susceptible d'affecter négativement et gravement les perspectives de croissance de l'ensemble de l'économie algérienne au cours des prochaines années.
L'Algérie devrait entreprendre en conséquence: une série de réformes structurelles.
Deux objectifs essentiels caractérisent notre papier: Mettre en exergue les politiques économiques efficientes, promouvoir et asseoir un financement adéquat de l'économie algérienne.
Les principaux résultats de notre article mettent en évidence la nécessité de mettre en œuvre des réformes structurelles en Algérie et ce, pour un changement de paradigme économique.
