This research paper aims to study the aspects of economic activity for the population of Wadi Araba and Sinai; In terms of grazing، agriculture and participation in the trade businesses passing through their lands and related services، mining in copper mines and the extraction of oil/ bitumen، and their economic relationship with the surrounding areas، during the study period، there are several studies that dealt with transit trade routes in the Wadi Araba and Sinai region.

The aim of the study is to focus on the economic activity of the local population of Wadi Araba Sinai، in light of the scientific material available so far.

The researcher divided the study into several sections dealing with the natural resources of the Sinai region and Wadi Araba، the mining of copper، turquoise and bitumen، and finally the invention of the first alphabet in Sinai.

The researcher followed the inductive approach; particle analysis; To arrive at a total hypothesis in light of the available scientific material.
