This research aims to study the relationship between human resource management practices in its dimensions (recruitment and selection, planning, performance evaluation, job analysis, training and development, compensation, health and safety) and the creative behavior of employees in the Ministry of Science and Technology, and by relying on the descriptive analytical approach it became clear from the results of the study There is a relationship between human resource management practices and the creative behavior of employees, and the study was conducted in the Ministry of Science and Technology, as the necessary information was obtained through a questionnaire that was distributed to a random sample of (123) employees.

The most important results: Measures of human resource management practices and creative behavior came to an agreed conclusion, meaning that the sample members of the Ministry of Science and Technology employees agreed on the importance of these concepts.
