Islam is a religion of reality and instinct.

It tries to change man and reality for the better, and this is the goal and purpose of education.

The student of education finds a wide space in it for the educational values that specialists must take care of.

In our time, the civic values that show the relationship between the members of the same society are emerging in all fields.

Here, the importance of shedding light on the civic values on which a person is brought up appears which is called civic education.

That is: education on civic values of justice, equality, citizenship, peaceful coexistence, and others.

This research attempts to answer the concept of civic educational values and define their terms in the light of the texts, and show the relationship between religious values and civic values.
