In this research, I touched on an important topic, which is the science of comparative religion, where I began by defining religion in language and terminology, and the definition of it by the West and orientalists, and then I got to know comparative science as well as a brief overview of its history, its causes, its name, and how it originated, then its nature, methods and how it developed over the course of time.

The time and the stages it went through: - Formation stage- Writing stage- The stage of emergence and continuity of existence- - The stage of decline and disappearance- The return of comparative religion to the Islamic arenaThen, after completing it, I mentioned the conclusion, and then the most important sources that helped me write this research and thank Allah the god of everything.
