we present a case report of a patient was affected by hypochondria disorder as a result of the Covid – 19.

Crisis This health crisis was a disturbing source of psychological stability for many people in many countries.

The huge scary information about the corona virus, which are broadcasting all the time, adding the Health's Protocol and quarantine are also impacting on the global health and mental health.

We chose the clinical approach as a methodology, the Rorschach test, and the semi-directive clinical interview to deal with this case.

Data analysis shown that our patient suffered from the stress and anxiety which triggered the hypochondria disorder
