educational institutions come in an advanced position within the comprehensive strategy adopted by Iraq in confronting extremism and terrorism, not only because they play a major role in immunizing students from a young age against extremist ideology, but also because they cooperate with the rest of the other institutions of society, the family, the media, civil society and the private sector in the face of extremism and terrorism, and in the form which enhances government efforts in this regard.
