In contemporary history, road traffic accidents have become the subject of international and local attention, as this subject is closely related to people's lives and safety and is closely linked to development programmes, the State's resources and its national economy.

These efforts include the issuance of laws, regulations and traffic regulations defining the rules and assets of driving vehicles, the legal requirements for the driver, the necessary safety and safety requirements for vehicles, the controls over the registration and use of various means of road transport, as well as the identification of traffic offences and penalties.
