This article aims at specifying the manner, the time and the place of delivery of the electronic product in electronic sale contract.

It focuses on electronic products such as e-photos, music, films, movies, etc.

So, if one of these products is a subject matter in a contract of sale and the parties agreed that the delivery will be done electronically, at what time and at what place the delivery is deemed to be done? This issue is regulated indirectly in some provisions in Omani Electronic Transaction Law (OETL) .
