الملخص الإنجليزي

The aim of this study was to identify the role of middle school principals in Jahra governorate from the point of view of teachers and to identify the differences of statistical significance in the respondents' responses to the role of school principals according to the following variables: ( gender, experience, qualification ).

The sample of the study consisted of ( 371 ) teachers and teachers.

The study found that the role of middle school principals in Jahra governorate in activating the student activities was medium, that the religious field of the school director came first, while the social field was ranked last, and that there are differences of statistical significance for the gender variable for the benefit of females in most of the study axes except the sports field in favor of males.

The study also showed that there are differences of statistical significance in the majority of subjects for the qualification of postgraduate studies.

In light of these results, the study recommended the importance of taking care of the role of school principals to activate the activities through the establishment of training courses during the service, and work to increase awareness of the importance of activities and their impact on the achievement of education for students and provide all the necessary resources to activate them.
