Abstract: The implementation of a judicial verdict issued against the administration of a government entity or a verdict that involves direct intervention by the administration to be implemented differs from the regular verdicts issued against individuals, due to the difference in the legal status of individuals and the administration.

The administration has exceptional powers and authorities that are sometimes used to delay or completely avoid the implementation of judicial verdict.

This may be considered as a serious violation of verdict validation and seen as an infringement of individuals' rights.

Under these circumstances, obliging the administration to take action may be carried out by having recourse to the administrative judiciary with its constitutional and legal means.

However, this solution may be at variance with the practical reality in which the judiciary does not have the right to use its power to compel the administration to implement verdicts as is the case for individuals.

In the absence of means granted to the judicial authority to implement verdicts, the field of administrative disputes will continue to suffer from some weakness and relativity.
