Study The study aims to clarify the most important legal aspects of banking compliance in both the Saudi system and the UAE, Iraqi, Egyptian and Jordanian laws; Where compliance with the regulations, laws, legislation and instructions issued by the regulatory authorities is one of the most important foundations and factors for the success of financial institutions, and preserves the reputation of the institution, its credibility and its fair and transparent treatment.

The study concluded that the legislation was keen to address banking compliance control in its various laws, including the UAE, Iraqi, Saudi, Jordanian and Egyptian legislation, believing in the importance of the role played by the compliance observer
