The current research aims at: impersonal orientation among university students, differences in impersonal orientation, and the gender variable (male, female), and the specialization variable (scientific, human), the research that was chosen randomly and consisting of (5), consisting of 35 paragraphs and each paragraph (5), applies to applies to me sometimes, applies to application on: (300) students of the third grade of morning studies by (150) students One female studies from scientific colleges, (150) male and female students from scientific colleges, and (150) male and female students from scientific colleges, and the results showed that the students enjoyed a low level of impersonal orientation, and there were no statistically significant differences according to the gender variable (males, females), As for the specialization variable, no statistically significant differences appeared, and in light of the results, they crystallized, several recommendations and suggestions.
