The study aimed to identify the impact of administrative development in promoting the practice of lean management among workers in the Palestinian Ministry of Interior- Gaza Strip.

The descriptive and analytical approach was used.

The population sample number reached (618) employees.

(170) questionnaire of (72.1%), by using the questionnaire and the interview as a instrument for the study, analyzing the data through the statistical analysis program (SPSS).

The results of the analysis, to verify the validity of the hypotheses of this study, concluded that: 1-An impact of administrative development in its dimensions (training, incentives and rewards system, organizational loyalty, and performance evaluation) was found to have a positive, statistically significant effect at a significance level (0.05≥α) in promoting the practice of lean management among workers in the Palestinian Ministry of Interior.

2-There are no statistically significant differences at a significant level (0.05 0.0α) between the respondents ’averages about (administrative development, and lean management) due to demographic variables (gender, age, educational qualification, job degree, and years of experience).

The study recommended Increasing interest in administrative development procedures, and enhancing the practice and application of lean management by all, especially the senior management in the Ministry of Interior- the civil part.
