And diagnosing the possibility of personal communication using the means of communication with the news site, by monitoring the extent to which users can add information on the website, diagnosing the possibility of monitoring the website, how to identify the interactive characteristics of Arab news sites, and the extent to which websites exploit the advantages of the Internet in activating the interactive feature.

The study used the descriptive approach that focuses on describing the nature of a particular society, situation or phenomenon and its features and characteristics.

The study sample was (Al Arabiya Net website) for the period (1-31/11/2020), the study came out with a number of results, the most important of which are the following: 1.

The (Al Arabiya Net) website was distinguished by a high interactive index, with a percentage of 100% .2.

It got the highest levels of interactivity in the site after the update speed by 100% .3.

The (Al Arabiya Net) website was distinguished by obtaining a high index of 100% , in its interactiveness in terms of easy access to media content through a single click on the topic to be read.
