This study aims to identify the reality of the practice of knowledge management processes in small and medium enterprises, an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of workers at the Djelfa Mills Corporation.

Djelfa Mills Corporation and the results of the study were analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences spss.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the arrangement of the practice of workers in the Djelfa Mills Corporation for knowledge management processes as follows: knowledge diagnosis with an arithmetic mean of 3.86, knowledge generation with an arithmetic mean of 3.79, knowledge storage with an arithmetic mean of 3.65, knowledge distribution with an arithmetic mean of 3.58, and the field of knowledge application was Less, where the arithmetic mean was 3.49.

The study also concluded that there are no statistically significant differences for knowledge management processes due to the variables of gender and job level.

The most important recommendations were the necessity of adopting knowledge management as an input and preparing plans and drawing training policies for administrative leaders about knowledge management techniques in order to Ensuring and facilitating employees' practice of knowledge management processes and applying the mechanisms necessary to transform their tacit knowledge into explicit ones.
