يستخدم الأطباء والأخصائيون النفسانيون أكثر من دليل لتصنيف الأمراض النفسية والعقلية لتحديد الحالات المرضية (....CIM, DSM, CFTM الخ)، ويبدو عمليا أن أهداف هذه التصنيفات هو التشخيص والعلاج من أجل التوصل إلى إعادة الإدماج النفس-اجتماعي للمريض، إلا أن هذه التصنيفات قد بنيت في سياقات ثقافية واجتماعية خاصة غربية بالتحديد.
من هذا المنظور، لا تزال هناك العديد من الأسئلة المفتوحة حول العلاقة بين فئات التشخيص، الشخصية والعوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية.
وعليه تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على مختلف الرهانات وراء تصنيف الأمراض النفسية والعقلية المعتمدة واتجاهاتها تحليل أبعادها الثقافية والاجتماعية.
الملخص EN
Psychologists and psychiatrists use several classification guides for psychiatric and mental illnesses to identify pathological disorders.
it seems that the goal of these classifications either to diagnose, to treat and artwork for a psychosocial rehabilitation of the patient.
however, these classifications were constructed in particular cultural and social contexts, which raise real questions about their application in the Maghreb society.
from this point of view, it remain number of queries remain unresolved, concerning the relationship between diagnostic categories, the dimensions of personality and cultural social factors.
also, this writing aims to highlight the different issues that raise classifications of mental illnesses, by developing an epistemological analysis of their representation and definition in the Maghreb context.
الملخص FRE
Les psychologues et les psychiatres utilisent plus d'un guide de classification des maladies psychiatriques et mentales pour identifier les troubles pathologiques (CIM, DSM, CFTM, etc.).
Il semble, que l’objectif de ces classifications est de diagnostiquer, soigner et oeuvrer pour une réhabilitation psychosociale du patient.
toutefois, les classifications en question ont été construites dans des contextes culturels et sociaux particuliers, ce qui pose de véritables interrogations concernant leur application au Maghreb.
de ce point de vue, nombre d’interrogations restent en suspens, concernant la relation entre les catégories de diagnostics, les dimensions de la personnalité et les facteurs socioculturels.
aussi, cet écrit a pour objectif de mettre en lumière les différents enjeux que portent les classifications des maladies mentales, en élaborant une analyse épistémologique de leur représentation et définition dans le contexte maghrébin.
