The problem of the study occurs through the conflict that takes place between those who work in the instructional institution due to the difference in their values, attitudes,qualifications, and their cognitions.The problem can also occur due to administrational or organizational reasons which requires the administration to have the skills and behaviors necessary to deal with this problem to positively serve the aims of the institute.

The significance of the study stems from the positive constructive conflict which aims at improving the performance level .However, this conflict becomes deconstructive and negative if it contradicts the aims and the interest of the institute.It may lead to obstacle the work of the institution due to an error in the instructional system in the system.The second chapter presents a theoretical framework and some previous studies.

The third chapter includes the procedures,the population of the study and its sample, the reliability of the performance and its validity, and the statistical tools.The forth chapter includes the discussion of the results, conclusions, recommendations and suggestions for further studies.
