The principles of human rights have matured and applied with enemy before the friends in the beginning of Islam the ruler of human rights is valuable system which everyone should believe and apply it.

Therefore what is the social and humanitarian space which occupies by this valuable system ? are their effects obvious on the human behavior today ? and many questions.

It seems that the answers of these questions impose the branching and divergence because of the blurring of the rights scene in the ongoing conflicts which led to the declaration of terrorism as a reality.

The people live in this reality and suffer from its growing and confrontation on the other hand.

This situation gives to extremism to appear as defender to his rights against terrorism.

Therefore, the research is presented in three discussions perhaps, it is not sufficient to cover all the research because it is complex and overlapping in all life's facilities, This difficulties does not prevent serious attempt.

The first topic is the concept of human rights its principles and definitions and his types filed and the most important sides that related with the human being And the second part deals with terrorism that related a fact problem to active the principles of human being.

And the end , the third part deals with how to face terrorism and how to preventing him with all opposite and reaching to this research some results.
