The current research aims to know (the effectiveness of modern e-learning in achievement and development of future thinking among students of the second grade average.

The researchers used the experimental design with partial control, and two schools were chosen from the averages affiliated to the Muthanna Education Directorate to represent the experimental group and the control group intentionally.

And by (35) students for the experimental group, who were taught according to modern e-learning, and (35) students for the control group, who were taught in the usual way.

The two researchers relied on the (Torrance) test to measure the abilities of future thinking, where the test was applied before the start of the experiment and after the end of the experiment, and the validity and stability of the scale were confirmed.

The experiment was applied in the first semester of the academic year (2018-2019), where the researchers taught the two groups (experimental and control) by themselves, and after the end of the experiment, the data was processed using the t-test for two independent samples (t-test and the t-test for two correlated samples) test.

Thus, the researchers concluded that teaching, which depends mainly on modern e-learning, is effective in raising the level of student achievement and raising the level of ability to think about the future, develop training and practice, and use methods and methods that will stimulate the brain to future thinking and creativity.

In light of the results, the researchers reached a number of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which are: familiarizing male and female teachers with advanced and contemporary electronic methods and methods in education and teaching, following up on all new technologies and their use in teaching, reconsidering the development of educational curricula and making them suitable for modern e-learning, and proposing a procedure A study to find out the requirements for using modern e-learning in our schools in Iraq, and a study on the obstacles to using e-learning in teaching and public education in Iraq.
