The current research aims to identify the effective teaching skills of the faculty of the open educational college and its teaching and its relationship to some variables which are (gender, educational qualification) The research sample consisted of (35) teaching and teaching staff from the open college teaching for the academic year 2019-2020, and for the purpose of achieving the research goals the researcher adopted On the scale prepared by (Al-Amiri 2013), which consists of (32) paragraphs distributed in four areas that contained teaching skills, and the validity of the tool was confirmed and proven.

When analyzing data statistically using the weighted medium and square Kay, the results revealed that most of the teachers of the open educational college and teaching They practice effective teaching skills in the research tool
