To fight against evasion and fraud tax, the Algerian legislator provides the tax administration with the means to detect these maneuvers.

to carry out this mission properly, this latter has several sources of information on the illegal situation of taxpayers, which generate a tax audit.

for historical and ethical reasons, denouncement, on tax matters, is not among the sources of information that the tax administration can use to carry out a tax audit, as in terms of legislation, there is no text governing this source, unlike the French legislator.

الملخص FRE

Afin de lutter contre l’évasion et fraude fiscale, le législateur algérien à doter l’administration fiscale de moyens de détection de ces manœuvres.

pour bien mener cette mission l’administration fiscale dispose de plusieurs sources d’information sur la situation illégale des contribuables qui déclenche un contrôle fiscal.

pour des raisons historiques et éthiques, la dénonciation, en matière fiscal, ne figure pas parmi les sources d’information que l’administration fiscale peut utiliser pour effectuer un contrôle fiscal.

car sur le plan de la législation on ne trouve aucun texte régissant cette source contrairement au législateur français.
