The article deals with one of the topics worthy of research and study as it relates to the history and future of any nation and its relationship to the lives of peoples and the reality of their world.

There are several obstacles that stand in the way of civilization, but the most prominent of them is tyranny as an internal factor, and colonialism as a binary compound, with both its external and internal aspects, which was expressed by the thinker Malik Bennabi in his writings as "the susceptibility to colonization." And I have tried, in the course of this research, to address the idea of influence and influence inherent between the elements of civilization, both material and moral, after the simplest talk about it to reach the extent to which tyranny and colonialism are related to the decline and delay of the progressive movement, and even its radical and systematic elimination.

And this is by using the methods of collection, analysis and synthesis to build the cognitive data and put it in its context and its right path in terms of processing and conclusion.
