The objective of this article is to propose a body of knowledge on the main sociological theories of organizations to students in the field of sociology of work and organization of instruments and concepts and guide their studies.
Many theories are still relevant and can provide methods of approach and instruments capable of studying the issues raised by the Algerian company.
For that, the knowledge of the principles becomes a necessity for any study on the part of the researchers who follow a course of sociology of work and organization aiming at understanding or explaining phenomena of organizational order.
الملخص FRE
L'objectif de cet article consiste à proposer un corpus de connaissances sur les principales théories sociologiques des organisations aux étudiants dans le domaine de la sociologie du travail et de l'organisation des instruments et concepts guidant leurs études.
Beaucoup de théories sont toujours d'actualité et peuvent fournir des méthodes d'approche et des instruments capables d'étudier les thématiques suscitées par l'entreprise algérienne.
Pour cela, la connaissance des principes devient une nécessité pour toute étude de la part des chercheurs qui suivent un cursus de sociologie du travail et de l'organisation visant à comprendre ou expliquer des phénomènes d'ordre organisationnel.
