Film is one of the most important means of communication in terms of its ability to influence the recipients* since invented in 1895 at the hands of the Brotherhood "Lumiere" in France* it has become this way attract the attention of people in different parts of the world* and perhaps the late beginnings of cinema in most Arab countries* including Libya was with the beginning of the twentieth century and the direction of the majority of works about cinema documentaries.

Although delayed beginnings of cinema Libyan especially as the first feature film Long was when hardens much of 1973 production of "Ali Alhlode" Libyan company's film production directed by Abdullah elZarrouk * show in a theater-Zahra in Tripoli and stopped due to taxes imposed at the time * and despite that the Libyan cinema has suffered through the years long failures and financial problems and the negligence of employees and take over the role of the show * but the show in some periods trials give hope to the cinema and filmmakers Libyans in order to remove them into being.

The cinema in Libya will require serious pause as they date in addition to being a way as important as higher than other means of communication in terms of its ability to persuade and influence.
