This study explored the rule: is it the case or the money that matters? in terms of defining its words, meanings, importance, formulas, and evidence.

It examined the jurisprudential applications of the rule and highlighted the sub-rules with evidence.

The problem of this research centered on the question: whether the case or the money that matters? is a legal rule and has branches that are reliable? The researcher relied on the inductive, deductive and analytical approach to arrive at the following results : The rule of whether the case or money matters is important because of the many sub-numbers of the rule; they are included in worship and transactions.

The scope of this rule is very vast as it includes most of the chapters of jurisprudence.

Of the sub-rules included under the rule of whether the case or money that matters are that if the rule of a thing differs with regard to its condition, then what is considered in the acts of worship.? Is the rule of the expected can be just as the real one?
