Abstract EN

This study explored the rule: is it the case or the money that matters? in terms of defining its words, meanings, importance, formulas, and evidence.

It examined the jurisprudential applications of the rule and highlighted the sub-rules with evidence.

The problem of this research centered on the question: whether the case or the money that matters? is a legal rule and has branches that are reliable? The researcher relied on the inductive, deductive and analytical approach to arrive at the following results : The rule of whether the case or money matters is important because of the many sub-numbers of the rule; they are included in worship and transactions.

The scope of this rule is very vast as it includes most of the chapters of jurisprudence.

Of the sub-rules included under the rule of whether the case or money that matters are that if the rule of a thing differs with regard to its condition, then what is considered in the acts of worship.? Is the rule of the expected can be just as the real one? The rule of the expected prohibition does not affect the immediate dissolution, just as the expected dissolution does not affect the prevention of the immediate dissolution .
