The study dealt with international trade contracts, which are contracts that transcend the borders of a single country, and the parties to them are of different nationalities.

Article (8) of the Vienna Convention on International Sale stipulates that in order to lay down unified international rules for the international contract to unify international trade law.

Since international trade is mostly based on international maritime transport and multimodal transport, this research paper will address the nature of international maritime transport, and I have divided it into three demands, the first requirement: the maritime transport contract starting from the Brussels Convention of 1924 AD, and the second requirement: international transport Multimodal, and dealt with the third requirement: the obligations of the carrier in the Sudanese Sea Transport Law of 1950, its judicial applications, and the subsequent law, which is the Sudanese Maritime Transport Law of 2010.

Through this research, I will come to know the nature of international maritime transport and the emergency conditions that lead to the inability of the parties to this type of transport to fulfill the obligations that he has to undertake, and how international agreements and Sudanese law address this breach in the event of force majeure and emergency circumstances.
