أثر إستراتيجيات ريادة الأعمال على إدارة المخاطر للمشاريع : دراسة تطبيقية على مشاريع الاتصالات و تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الأردن

الملخص EN

This study aims to show the impact of entrepreneurship on risk management.

The study community consisted of ICT projects in Jordan.

The study sample consisted of (project managers, executive managers, heads of departments, supervisor or technician).

The descriptive analytical method was followed.

A comprehensive survey of the study sample was conducted, and it amounted to (128) items.

The researcher relied on developing a questionnaire by a group of specialists and experts and distributing it to the study population.

The results were analyzed the study hypotheses were tested using the statistical package (SPSS) program.

The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which is that the ICT project management uses all its resources to support research and development processes in order to encourage innovation and create an appropriate climate for it.

The study recommended the need to adopt new innovation strategies that support its leadership, and work to expand the investment of new innovative ideas and transform them into useful usable products, processes and services.
