The aim of the research is to identify the ethnic concentration and its relationship to the personal authenticity of the kindergarten students.

The research adopted the correlational approach as its objectives, and two scales were built.

The first is to measure ethnic concentration, and the second is to measure personal authenticity.

And extracted politicians from the sincerity and stability, in addition to the sub-paragraphs.

The research and the two scales were distributed to the research sample and the instructions (150) female students from the Kindergarten Department, from the College of Education for Girls, at the University of Qar.The results that you can get from the search results are based on ethnicity and personal authenticity.

There is a correlation between both variables.In light of the search results; Several recommendations and suggestions were made.
