This study deals with the obligations of the real estate developer who plays an important role in the real estate development activity.

Hence the need to look into the obligations placed upon him, starting from the completion stage for real estate units and development projects to be implemented on the specified dates, passing through the phase of delivering the real estate unit, during which the developer must deliver the unit to the customer, and then his commitment to do so.

Conformity, that is, the development project conforming to the agreed specifications as well as its conformity with the building rules followed in the countries, and finally its obligation to transfer ownership, which is characterized by the peculiarity of not transferring it in one stage as is the case in the normal sale of real estate, but in two stages, the first is registration in the initial register, which is considered It serves as a preliminary record that paves the way for the conclusion of the final contract in which the unit is reserved for the buyer.

Then comes the final registration stage, which requires registration in the Land Registry.
