The Charter for the Reform of Justice is one of the most important stations in which Morocco has translated its strong will to reform the judiciary and move towards a better justice system in keeping with the new developments in the national and international arena.

However, despite the backlog in this area, it still suffers from a number of obstacles.

The various reports carried out on the reform of the judiciary have revealed that there are many shortcomings in its progress and development as a constitutional institutional authority, as well as the complexity and permeation of the phenomenon of corruption in all aspects of life.
