The present interdisciplinary paper aims to describe the features of digital content analysis, as a technique that attempts to investigate complex, hybrid and fluid phenomena of the digital world and the digital human; which led researchers to adopt the paradigmatic coexistence project through the creation of categories using the augmented categorization as a simulation of augmented reality concept, depending on its digital indicators, approaches and theories employed in research; for example the “Elite approach” that bases on assumptions and variables that can be converted into indicators used in questioning the political content, in addition to the advantages of digital content such as “tags, vision, click…etc”.
