الملخص العربي

هدفت الدراسة إلى شرح وعي و اتجاهات الأم المرضعة تجاه استخدام الأدوية و الأعشاب خلال فترة الرضاعة الطبيعية في الأردن و الدور المهم للصيادلة في توعية الأمهات بمخاطر استخدام الأعشاب و الأدوية والوقاية من سوء الاستخدام.

كما يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة تأثير إعطاء الأدوية و الأعشاب على إنتاج الحليب و تثيرها على وزن الرضيع و يهدف إلى استكشاف الفوائد و المضار المحتملة لاستخدام بعض أنواع الأعشاب مثل الحلبة، أثناء الرضاعة الطبيعية، لزيادة إنتاج الحليب و توضيح قدرة الصيدلي على تقديم معلومات دقيقة و محددة حول استخدام الأدوية و الأعشاب بأمان أثناء الرضاعة الطبيعية اعتمادا على توصيات علمية.

استخدمت الدراسة البيانات الوصفية لتقييم تصورات المستخدمين النهائيين حول تعاطي الأدوية العشبية و حول دور الصيدلاني في تقديم المشورة للأمهات بشأن الأعشاب و الأدوية مثل مدرات الحليب تم توزيع استبيانين مختلفين على الصيادلة و الأمهات المرضعات في جميع مدن الأردن، و تم تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها إحصائياً.

خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأمهات يعتمدن بشكل كبير على استخدام طبيعة الأعشاب الطبيعية.

و يفتقرون إلى المعرفة بالأدوية التي تستخدم من أجل زيادة إفراز الحليب أثناء الرضاعة الطبيعية، و كانت الأسرة مصدر المعلومات الرئيسي للأمهات المرضعات لاستخدام الأعشاب لزيادة إفراز الحليب.

من ناحية أخرى، يوصي الصيادلة الأمهات المرضعات باستخدام الأدوية الطبية بدلاً من الأدوية بسبب الآثار الجانبية على كل من الأم والرضيع.

الحلبة و الكراوية هي أكثر الأعشاب التي ينصح بها الصيادلة.

و من ناحية أخرى فإن أكثر الأعشاب استخداما هي القرفة و اليانسون من وجهة نظر الأم.

Limited studies provide information about the safety of medications taken during breastfeeding in Jordan, resulting in poor pharmacist knowledge.

Using some drugs and herbs may affect the volume of milk may be decreased or increase.

The study aimed to explain the awareness and attitudes of the nursing mother toward using medicines and herbs during the breastfeeding period in Jordan.

Also, this research aimed to determine the effect of giving medicine and herbs on milk production and their impact on the infant's weight.

It also aimed to explore the potential benefits and harms of using some types of herbs, such as Fenugreek, during breastfeeding to increase milk production and clarify the ability of the pharmacist to provide accurate and specific information about using medications and herbs safely while breastfeeding, depending on scientific recommendations.

The study used descriptive data to evaluate the user perceptions about herbal drug use and the pharmacist's role in counseling mothers about herbs and drugs as a galactagogue.

Two different questionnaires were distributed to pharmacists and nursing mothers in the entire Jordan cities, and the collected data were statistically analyzed.

They lack knowledge about the medications that breastfeeding mothers use as a galactagogue, and family was the primary information resource for breastfeeding mothers to use herbs as a galactagogue.

On the other hand, Pharmacists recommend that breastfeeding mothers use herbs instead of medications such as galactagogue due to the side effects on both mother and infant.

Fenugreek and Caraway are the most recommended herbs by pharmacists.

On the other hand, the most used herbs were Cinnamon and Anise from the mother's point of view.
