The study aimed to identify the impact of electronic management of human resources on technological innovation: the mediating role of human resources sustainability in Jordanian insurance companies.

In order to achieve this, a questionnaire was developed to study the variables of the study, so that 195 questionnaires were distributed and the statistical programs (SPSS) and (AMOS) were used in the study.

Electronic human resources with their dimensions (e-recruitment, e-training, e-human resources performance evaluation, and e-compensation) and technological innovation with its dimensions (improving existing services, providing new services, developing service operations) combined in Jordanian insurance companies, and a statistically significant relationship in enhancing resource sustainability.

Human Resources between the impact of human and electronic resources management on technological innovation, and the study recommended the need to reduce the unqualified numbers of individuals applying to work in the administration by having an information system for human resources, so that the conditions and papers required electronically are specified in an accurate and easy way.

Focusing on conducting training programs electronically using multiple means, and providing training rooms to conduct training courses for employees remotely in locations outside the company.
