The study dealt with the dependency of non-profit companies and their practical dimensions in the Jordanian and Comparative law, by clarifying their dependency on the Companies Control Department as a company, or to the Law of Associations on the grounds that it is an association, since the Jordanian legislator did not mention the cases of organization of these companies, The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in order to reach the desired results of the study and there was a problem The study regarding the shortcomings and shortcomings of the non-profit companies system for the year (2010) with regard to the establishment of associations and their affiliation, as not all subsidiary rights or organizational cases related to the work of non-profit companies were mentioned, and there are many texts that need to be reviewed and amended due to the many problems One of the most prominent practical solutions to the legal regulation of the subordination of non-profit companies in the Jordanian legislation was not to allow non-profit companies to turn into commercial companies, as well as the need to reconsider the texts of the articles dealing with the legal regulation of the subordination of non-profit companies in order to achieve the purpose of having These companies, and one of the solutions is also that the non-profit companies should not take a name for them like the rest of the other commercial companies that aim for profit.

The researcher reached a number of conclusions and recommendations, the most important result of which is that non-profit companies take the legal form of other companies and have an independent legal personality.

Their goals do not aim to achieve profit, and if they achieve any returns, they may not be distributed to the company.

As for the most important recommendation, it is not to allow non-profit companies to take a name that has commercial meanings or connotations, because the business makes a profit.
