This study employs the EFQM model to provide a novel, unified strategy for boosting the firm's overall performance.

The Iraqi Oil Tanker Company conducted a case study to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed technique.

This significance was proved by identifying strengths and development opportunities using a European Foundation for Quality Management technique.
