The current study aims to appraise the infographics in the Textbooks of Islamic Education in Saudi Arabia during 2019-2020.

The study tool has been designed to include four fields of the critical appraisal of infographics : perfection, insight, inexhaustibility, and moral vision.

Applying the analytical approach and checking the validity and the reliability, the study findings indicate that the infographics in the Textbooks of Islamic Education in the intermediate stage were low.

‘Perfection’ came in the first rank.

The results also suggest insignificant differences at (α≤0.05) between the frequencies of each field of the critical appraisal of infographics that can be attributed to the ‘grade’ variable.

The results also indicate that infographics’ preparation and designation were random and lacked a purposeful, balanced methodology.

In light of these results, the study recommends that Textbooks of Islamic Education need to include infographics that are prepared and designed purposefully, taking into consideration the psychological and logical sequence of these infographics.

Such a process should be conducted away from coercion or randomness.
