The relationship between the employee and his employer must be based on a legal framework even before its conclusion (as far as the non-discriminatory conditions of recruitment are concerned), but the most dangerous step in the life of a labor relationship is of course when the fact that the employer will terminate this relationship by disciplinary means, this is where the legal framework that protects the rights of the worker which must be respected, a matter that will be studied in Algerian labor law.
