This Study investigates to identify the importance ofthe ad- miniStrative environment and the organizational climate in or- ganizations, as well as to identify organizational loyalty and the determinants of organizational behavior in organizations.

The im- portance of the study comes from the importance of the human element working in organizations, as well as the importance ofthe Study from the importance ofthe environment in which the human element works and the prevailing organizational elimate in the or- ganization and the changes that are refleeted on them that affect the human element negatively or positively and reflect the extent of his loyalty to the organization in which he works, where The Study population is represented by the employees ofthe Sudanese Eleetrieity Distribution Company in the state of Gedaref, where (30) questionnaire forms representing a sample of workers were distributed.

Among the moSt important findings ofthe study is that the organizational structure ofthe company allows the delegation of powers to subordinates by the superiors without affecting the work environment, and that the organizational structure provides an appropriate work method to solve the problems they face with- out the intervention ofmanagers or the need to refer to them, and then adopt reeommendations for the study that The moSt important of these is the need to do more research and Studies in the field of environment and organizational climate.
