This study examined the extent to which the evaluation system affects training policy in the company relying on a case descriptive study of a public company called SONELGAZ working in the electricity and gas sector.
The results of the study show that the evaluation system put in place to improve the worker’s potential is insufficient because training policy does not necessarily induce actual gains in quality and productivity.

L’objectif de cet article est de tester à quel degré le système d’appréciation peut influencer la politique de formation au sein de l’entreprise.
Le présent papier examine cette question, en se basant sur l’étude descriptive du système d’appréciation nécessaire à réalisation de la formation au sein del’entreprise publique, opérant dans l’électricité et le gaz (LA SONELGAZ).
Les résultats obtenus montrent que le système d’appréciation mis en place pour améliorer le potentiel des salariés reste largement insuffisant du fait que la politique de formation ne se traduit pas par des gains effectifs en matière de qualité et de productivité
