With the emergence of information and communication technologies as a new element of knowledge, questions arose about the possibility of the Arab human being interacting with this new structure of knowledge.

On the paper, it attempts to discuss the problem of the knowledge society in the Arab world, and to verify the ability of the Arab citizen to keep pace with the knowledge society that is full of information, production and systems, and to what extent he has the preparations to receive this new type of thinking.

The paper concluded that the Arab world still needs many basic measures to achieve the transformation towards a knowledge society, including: developing information infrastructure, investing in education, developing creativity, and benefiting from foreign investment.

Noting that what is required to transform into a knowledge society is not only technological development, but the development of the Arab spirit and opening up horizons for it, in order to reach a productive and innovative Arab human being.
