The aim of this research is to show the impact of applying the dimensions of total quality management, which are represented in the(Strategic planning, continuous improvement of university services, ability to communicate effectively, making decisions based on data) In improving the organizational performance in a number of Saudi universities to provide a clear path in the face of the continuing challenges due to the rapid change in the business world represented in the increase in the intensity of competition between universities and the consequent necessity of providing the best services at the lowest prices so that universities can prove themselves in this competitive market .
