The research aims to know the level of scientific enlightenment of science teachers for the first intermediate grade and its relationship to the environmental awareness of their students by answering the following questions: 1- Do science teachers for the first intermediate grade have a scientific enlightenment? 2- Do students in first grade average have environmental awareness? 3- Is there a correlation between the scientific enlightenment of male and female teachers and the environmental awareness of their students? The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the sample was represented by middle and high school teachers of science for the first intermediate grade and their students, and the following statistical methods were used (Cooper’s agreement equation, Farkronbach equation, reliability coefficient measurement) The results showed that middle school biology teachers have a scientific enlightenment in general that helps them to perform their profession.

Also, students in the middle stage have environmental awareness.

And the existence of a positive significant correlation between the scientific enlightenment of male and female teachers and the environmental awareness of their students.
